Consultation

Structural design & dielines

We specify pouch structure, barrier stack, zipper/window/spout features, and deliver print-ready dielines sized to your product.

Digital proof & press proof

Artwork is checked for bleed, type size, barcode clearance, and color. Digital proofs first; press proofs when the program requires it.

Tooling & production

Cylinders or plates are prepared, materials staged, and production scheduled through our owned overseas production facilities with US project ownership.

QC & inspection

In-process checks and outgoing inspection against agreed AQL — seals, print registration, dimensions, and finish.

Freight & delivery

Ocean or air options to your warehouse or 3PL. Landed-cost visibility before you commit.

Full service. We can adapt existing artwork to dielines or collaborate on a complete front/back system — as we do for our own brands.

Where is production done?

We run a vertically integrated model through our owned overseas production facilities, with project ownership and customer communication from Hermes Trading LLC in New Jersey.

How do you keep prices competitive?

Direct facility access and consolidated production planning typically deliver 25–40% savings versus domestic converters, without cutting corners on barrier films or QC.

Can you handle food and pet packaging claims?

We structure panels for ingredients, nutrition or guaranteed analysis, warnings, and storage. Final claim language remains your responsibility.
